9. Notice:
All notifications to be sent to the parties related to this Agreement will be made via the known e-mail address of the Company and the e-mail address specified by the user in the membership form. 10. Evidential contract:
In all kinds of disputes that may arise between the parties for the transactions related to this contract, the books, records and documents of the Parties, as well as computer records and fax records will be accepted as evidence in accordance with the Civil Procedure Law No. 6100. 11. Dispute Resolution
ANTALYA (Central) Courthouse Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any disputes arising from the implementation or interpretation of this Agreement.

Details of the instructions for use regarding the control, transportation and storage of the bag, the installation of the hookah, the preparation of the bowl, the burning of the coal in the gas stove;

b) During the delivery, the contents of the bag are checked with the user and replaced with a new one in case of missing, defective or damaged products.
c) The user must show the necessary care and attention so that the contents of the bag are not damaged during transportation. It is necessary to carry the bag without touching the ground in environments that will prevent the movement of the bag, make it difficult, and damage its moving parts. It should not be forgotten that the damages that may occur due to user error will be covered from the deposit. After the product is delivered to the user, maximum attention should be paid to glass, plastic and cardboard components. In case of damage to the bag and its contents caused by user error, an additional damage fee will be charged.Loss fees to be covered under the deposit“Bag = 150 euro, Hookah = 50 euro, Tube Furnace = 20 euro, Jars = 5 euro each, Bowl = 30 euro, Smoke-box = 40 euro.”Authorities reserve the right to update/change the deposit and rental prices. f) The hookah is carefully removed from the bag for assembly and placed on a flat and solid surface in such a way that it will not be damaged.
g) It is separated from the hookah bottle by carefully turning it.
h) The glass bottle is filled with water so that the perforated part of the hookah on the discharge pipe remains under the water, that is, until the holes are closed. Overfilling with water is dangerous for use. Do not fill more than the recommended amount of water.
i) Hookah is re-inserted into the glass bottle.
j) One end of the hose is passed to the small horizontal discharge outlet. A lance is attached to the other end of the hose. A plastic zip is attached to the other end of the lance.
k) A black joint should be attached to the end where the hookah and the nozzle join.
l) The bowl, jar, fork and needle in the bag are carefully removed.
